Profile

Born in Kadoma, Madziva is a right-arm seamer and also a resourceful batsman lower down the order for Zimbabwe, who made his ODI debut for them against South Africa in August 2014.

His most promising performance was in a T20I against Bangladesh in 2014 where he along with Malcolm Waller scripted a victory for Zimbabwe from the jaws of defeat. Neville began plying his trade for Mid West Rhinos divisions and made rapid strides from there to earn a spot in the national side.

However injuries have plagued his short career. In 2016, he hurt his right thumb which forced him to pull out of the WT20 in India. After the recovery, Neville is back to the domestic fold to work on his game and fitness.
