Jacob Duffy | Player of the Match and Player of the Series: How can you not love it on a sunny day like this? It’s beautiful Dunedin weather. Early season, there’s always a little bit in the pitch for us. The ground’s done an awesome job - it’s a great wicket. I thought we did well to restrict a good West Indies team to 140. We just wanted to be clinical. This was our last game in New Zealand before heading away as a T20 squad, so it was about finishing off the series well and taking that momentum forward. I’d like to think we’re pretty level-headed. We had a job to do - to win games of cricket for our country - and that’s where the focus was. T20’s a huge asset of mine with the swing up top and taking wickets in the powerplay. That’s always my role - swing the ball early and try to make things happen. Maybe less so against these guys with the length of their batting lineup, but that’s still the plan. That’s a scary lineup (talking about the depth in West Indies batting) - they go all the way. Springer was batting at 11 the other day. It’s a strong side with power all the way down, so I’m glad we didn’t have to bowl too much at the death today. There were a couple of 200 scores in the series, but it was just great cricket, wasn’t it? Some awesome games, tight finishes, especially those first three. Hopefully the crowds have enjoyed that.

Mitch Santner | NZ captain: We knew there might be a little bit in the wicket. The seamers upfront again, taking wickets in powerplay which is important in T20 cricket. We were able to chip wickets away throughout the innings. And then the guys with the bat, very professional chase. The way we've bowled has been outstanding. The scores are never 220-230 on these kind of grounds. Just getting to 170-180 could be a good score on these wickets.

Shai Hope | WI captain: We just wanted to make sure we're putting good bowling under pressure, not allowing them to settle in powerplay, didn't really work out this time but it's something for us to focus on going forward. Must give credit to the guys in the lower half for putting their hands up throughout the series. It's one of those places where you need a nice preparation, something we didn't have. It's not an excuse but it certainly would help in conditions like these. It's not familiar conditions that was face back home. Going to take learnings from this series. Sure that conditions will be similar in ODIs. Just got to ensure we're learning quickly, especially from a batting perspective.

16:19 Local Time, 03:19 GMT, 08:49 IST: New Zealand take the series 3-1. West Indies had their chances but lost a couple of close games. Today, though, they were thoroughly outplayed. Put into bat in conditions where the ball was moving around and the bounce was uneven, they were blown away by Jacob Duffy and co. If not for Romario Shepherd, it would've been a struggle to even put 100 on the board. Shepherd gave them some respectability with his late hitting but that wasn't enough eventually as the New Zealand openers, Tim Robinson in particular, rode their luck to get off to a flier. They raced to 69 in just 7 overs and the rest of the chase was just a formality.
