It's very often that players belonging to minor teams get to show their capabilities at the highest level and Suyash Prabhudessai is certainly one amongst them. The Goan captain has been consistent right through seasons and at times being the lone shining star in a team that's had to fight their way season after season to avoid relegation. Having made his Goa debut during the 2016-17 season, Prabhudessai's batting abilities didn't go unnoticed as he found a suitor in the Royals Challengers Bangalore. ahead of the 2021 IPL season. He didn't get a game then, but did make his IPL debut in the following season, with some moderate success.
