• Violating applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of CrickPal or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from CrickPal.
• The CrickPal name, logo, and tagline are registered trademarks of Masterly Solutions. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
• Third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names appearing on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

You may have the ability to submit comments, opinions, votes, or other content ("User Content") to the Platform. By submitting User Content, you grant CrickPal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content.

• You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of User Content you submit.
• CrickPal reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

Live cricket data and scores are sourced from third-party providers. CrickPal does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of such data and shall not be liable for any errors or delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrickPal and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
