Profile Summary
There are a few similarities between him and Rishabh Pant - born in Uttarakhand, plays domestic cricket for Delhi, aggressive left-handed batter and a wicketkeeper. However, Anuj Rawat has struggled for consistency. Rawat made his first class debut against Assam and played an inspiring knock of 71 on his debut innings. Owing to his impressive performance in the first innings, Rawat was straight away promoted to an opener in the second innings.
