Profile Summary
Aryaman Birla is the son of industrialist and business tycoon Mangalam Birla, chairman of Aditya Birla Group. Aryaman is a southpaw who can also chip in with some handy slow left-arm spin. Having made his First-class debut for Madhya Pradesh in late 2017, it was still too early to comment about what he could offer as a cricketer. However, the 2018-19 season saw him maturing and also producing his first First-class hundred. Initially dubbed as Birla Jr, Aryaman's performances have started to make people notice him for cricketing reasons. He has got a huge opportunity in the form of an IPL contract (with Rajasthan Royals) and the tournament has been known to make players into superstars overnight.
