Profile Summary
A rookie leg-spinner from the shores of Kerala, Sudhesan Midhun's signing by the Rajasthan Royals at the 2018 IPL auctions left many surprised as little has been heard of the young man. The U23 BCCI tournament in particular was where Midhun shone with a bagful of wickets, including a hat-trick against Andhra Pradesh. A genuine wicket-taker, he has risen through the age groups effortlessly and garnered a lot of acclaim wherever he has performed. A native of Alappuzha, young Midhun is also a more than handy batsman and an agile fielder too. His multiple skill set makes him a handy package for white-ball cricket.
