Profile Summary
Born is Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, Vikramjeet Malik made his first-class debut during the 2002-03 Ranji Trophy season with Himachal Pradesh.
He has been a regular member of the side since then and as his career progressed, he improved his batting and also scored a couple of fifties.
He is more known as a bowler who can bat a bit and has been amongst the wicket-taker for his side almost every season apart from a few poor performances.
Impressed by his bowling, he was offered an IPL contract by Kings XI Punjab and he played for them from 2009 to 2012, before moving to Rajasthan Royals in 2013. The Royals bought him back at the 2014 auctions and he played a few games IPL-7.
