Profile Summary
Chamunorwa Justice Chibhabha is a promising allrounder for Zimbabwe, who has already racked up more than 50 international appearances for his national team in the nascent stages of his career. A top-order, right-handed batsman, who can also be more than useful with the ball, Chibhabha, made his debut for the Zimbabweans in 2005 against New Zealand in Harare. His start was a bad one as he was dismissed for a third ball duck.
He did well to bounce back as he scored back-to-back half-centuries in the Caribbean, the next year. Chibhabha has also proven to be a decent bowler, giving his team an useful option when someone has a bad day. He has more than 100 First-Class wickets to his name. However, he has been thrown in and out of the side. Chibhaba will turn out to be a far better cricketer, if he manages to master consistency.
Chibhabha was recalled to the ODI side and is one of the 15 members named in the 2015 World Cup squad. Though he has not played for Zimbabwe in almost two years, his all-round abilities will come in handy in Australia. Chibhabha made it back to the national side through some consistent performances in First-Class cricket.
