Swastik Chikara is an aggressive top-order batsman who hails from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The right-handed batsman made his List A debut against Himachal Pradesh during the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2023 and announced his arrival in style by scoring a rollicking century. Chasing a stiff target of 277, Chikara smashed 10 boundaries and 7 maximums against Himachal Pradesh as Uttar Pradesh got over the line within 37 overs in the List A game. A few months later, Swastik Chikara played another fantastic knock during the Uttar Pradesh T20 league where he scored 114* off 68 deliveries for the Meerut Mavericks as they won a thriller by 1 run. Still a young batsman with not much experience, so it will be interesting to see whether he gets to feature in RCB's playing XI with other such talented players in their squad.
