Profile Summary
Dishant Yagnik is a left-handed hard-hitting wicket-keeper batsman who came into recognition for his immense hitting in the IPL. The wicket-keeper batsman played an important role in the success of Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2013. He made his Ranji debut in 2004 playing for Rajasthan against Services where he didn't shine much with the bat. However, his talent was soon recognized by the ICL team Delhi Giants where he played for about a couple of years.
Of late he has found it tough to be in the limelight and has not even featured in IPL matches. Yagnik is already into his 30s and will hope that the luck smiles on him and he gets going once again.
