Profile Summary
Erratic but hard-working pacer Peter Chase is yet to break into the international scene. He made his First-Class debut in 2014 for Durham. He picked up five wickets against Nottinghamshire in his first game and a total of 11 wickets at an impressive average of 15.73 in the season. Although lacking in experience, the selectors were awed with his performance against Queensland, in which he scalped four wickets.
Chase was soon drafted into Ireland's 15-man squad for the upcoming World Cup. Although he made his ODI debut in the Dubai Triangular Series in January 2015 against Scotland, he was unlucky as the match got abandoned after toss due to unfavourable weather conditions.
